This hotel is an absolute gem in the Middle Rhein valley. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the autobahn, making it a great choice for a driving holiday. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the Rhine provides a stunning view at sunset. The hotel owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast is delicious and the evening meals, prepared by the talented chef Matthias, are out of this world.

We also enjoyed the restaurant and found the food to be very tasty.

As with many hotels in the area, the noise from nearby trains was a bit of a distraction at times. this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

The occasional noise from passing trains. the noise did not bother us much as the hotel had provided earplugs, and we were so tired from our adventures during the day that we fell asleep easily.

Spent my Xmas holiday in a lovely, friendly little hotel located in a beautiful village on the banks of the Rhine. The hotel is conveniently situated only a few minutes from the highway, which was great for our road trip. We had a tranquil and comfy room with an amazing view of the river, and the breakfast was outstanding and delicious. the hotel restaurant serves superb food at good prices.

The only complaint was that the railway line outside the hotel could be bothersome, but given the earplugs they provided, this was not too much of a problem. as the village was rather small, there were not many activities to participate in.
